PT Tawada Healthcare is a national company focused on Healthcare Services and Medical Equipment with multiple branches across Indonesia. The role centers on preparing and consolidating budgets, tracking financial projections, and delivering insights to leadership.

Based in Jakarta, you will bridge historical accounting data with strategic expansion while ensuring accuracy in monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience and advanced Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor degree (S1) from any major.
• Have at least 4 years of experience in the related field.
• The ideal candidate possesses deep quantitative reasoning skills, experience managing cross-functional budgets, and a high level of independence.
• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative reasoning, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial formulas), familiarity with ERP or accounting software and advanced PowerPoint proficiency
• Soft Skills: Clear written and verbal communication, integrity, time management, and teamwork

Responsabilidades

• Highly involved in preparation of annual budgeting process
• Prepare, track, and consolidate departmental budgets, financial projections, and variance analyses
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements or performance reports
• Deliver actionable data insights to senior leadership
• In this role, you will bridge the gap between historical accounting data and strategic corporate expansion
