Job summary

A leading logistics firm in Indonesia is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to identify and develop opportunities in secure logistics. You will build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, prepare commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development within logistics, strong communication skills, and an understanding of security and compliance to ensure effective operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in High Value Logistics or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of security, risk, and compliance in logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in High Value / Secure Logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs.
