Job summary

PT. TERRA PADEL NUSANTARA seeks a New Business Development & Market Analyst to conduct market, industry, consumer, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

You will analyze market size, customer segments, pricing, competitors, and potential business models. You will develop feasibility studies and business cases for new products, services, or business ventures, and build financial analyses including revenue projections, cost structures, pricing, and basic P&L scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, consumer, and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Analyze market size, customer segments, pricing, competitors, and potential business models.
• Develop feasibility studies and business cases for new products, services, or business ventures.
• Build financial and commercial analyses, including revenue projections, cost structures, pricing, and basic P&L scenarios.
• Support 0-to-1 business development, from initial research and concept validation to launch preparation.
• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, vendors, locations, and other business opportunities.
• Prepare market reports, business proposals, presentations, and recommendations for management.
• Monitor the performance of new initiatives and provide insights for improvement and expansion.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to execute business initiatives.
