Job summary

PT. TERRA PADEL NUSANTARA is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy, annual plan, and brand narrative across all channels.

The role leads digital marketing, partnerships, events, and content creation, coordinating with Operations, Sales, and F&B to drive court bookings, memberships, tournaments, and revenue growth.

You'll analyze market data, manage the marketing budget, and report insights to Management to steer growth and competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan aligned with business objectives.
• Manage brand positioning, brand identity, and communication across all channels.
• Develop and manage digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and advertising campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Develop marketing initiatives to increase court bookings, memberships, tournaments, events, and F&B sales.
• Manage partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships, influencers/KOLs, and community activities.
• Lead and supervise the Marketing team, including content, creative, social media, and other marketing functions.
• Monitor marketing performance and KPIs, including engagement, leads, conversion, customer acquisition, ROI/ROAS, and campaign performance.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation and spending.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Sales/Business Development, F&B, and other departments.
• Prepare regular marketing reports, insights, and recommendations for Management.
