Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in funding, partnerships, corporate finance, or financial institutions.
• Experience with banks or lending institutions is highly preferred.
• Experience in fintech or consumer lending is a strong advantage.
• Strong ability to manage both external and internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to bridge communication gaps and align diverse interests.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking progress and documentation.
• Strong documentation discipline with the ability to structure complex information clearly.
• Ability to connect partnership activities with broader funding strategy.
• Comfortable working with data to support decision-making and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external funding partners, especially banking institutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communications and engagement.
• Ensure long-term partnership sustainability aligned with company funding strategy.
• Support periodic review and adjustment of funding strategies based on partner performance and market conditions.
• Establish and enforce business guardrails to maintain disciplined partnership management.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers for new partner onboarding process.
• Facilitate clear communication, requirement gathering, and expectation management across stakeholders (Risk, Tech, Legal, and Compliance).
• Ensure internal readiness and alignment for any partnership initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive and structured documentation for all partnership-related activities.
• Track key decisions, agreements, and communications for transparency and audit readiness.
