Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Hands-on stock opname/inventory audits.
• Familiarity with retail matrix systems and POS platforms.
• Visual Merchandising experience is a plus.
• Cashier experience is helpful but not mandatory.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally

• Ensure that the store layout is visually appealing and products are well-presented

About you

• Proficient in English with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment
• Holds a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Prior experience in the retail industry is required; background in fashion retail is a strong plus
• Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing teams
• Hands-on experience conducting stock opname (inventory audits)
• Deep understanding and practical use of retail matrix systems and POS (Point of Sale) platforms
• Experience in Visual Merchandising is an added advantage
• Previous experience as a Cashier is preferred but not mandatory
