Job summary

PT Asia Bandar Alam seeks a Store Supervisor for L'Occitane Balikpapan to lead retail staff, organize schedules, and ensure brand standards. You will oversee shipments, inventory, pricing, and daily sales reporting, while coordinating with brand executives for counter needs and promotional activities.

The role demands at least 3 years in store supervision, preferably in beauty or premium brands, with strong Excel skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Store Supervisor.
• Experience in beauty industry or high-end brand preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail staff to achieve sales targets.
• Organize and distribute staff schedules.
• Ensure counter mechanics support is implemented well by each BA.
• Make sure pricing is correct (regular / promotion price).
• Evaluate ongoing mechanic support and promotion activity.
• Oversees receipt and verification of shipments; ensure unloading, storage, and verification.
• Maintain accurate finished goods inventory and report weekly to Assistant Retail Manager.
• Communicate daily results such as walk-ins, closings, cancellations, and sales vs target.
• Delegate fulfillment of customer orders and maintain inventory updates.
• Ensure products are clean and displayed; align window/VM with brand standard and marketing calendar.
• Recruit, coach, counsel, discipline, and evaluate BA performance; train staff in communication and cross-sell.
• Liaise with Brand executive for counter needs (ATK, testers, samples, and collateral).
• Monitor competitor promotions (department store concepts).
• Analyze customer database and delegate BA follow-ups to build long-term relationships.

Store Supervisor for L'Occitane Balikpapan

Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets

Organize and distribute staff schedules

To make sure mechanic support is implemented well by each BA in counter

Make sure pricing is correct (regular / promotion price )

Evaluate on going the mechanic support, promotion activity

Oversees receipt and verification of incoming shipments; ensures materials are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy

Ensures that an accurate inventory record of finished goods is maintained in accordance with established procedures and report by weekly to Asistant Retail Manager

Communicate daily result such as numbers of customer walk in, closing customer, the reason of purchase cancellation, sales achievement daily and versus target

Delegates fulfillment of customer orders to staff; maintains inventory database when orders are fulfilled.

Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed, window and VM to be alligned with brand standard and marketing calendar

Recruit, Coach, counsel, discipline, evaluate BA performance and train employees such as communication skill, cross-sell skill

Liase with Brand executive in counter of the store needs such as: ATK, Product- tester- sample replenishment and return, marketing collateral in counter such as POP, blotter, paper bag, etc

Monitor competitors promotion (Dept.store concept)

To analize customer database and delegates BA to contact, follow up and build long term relationship with customer database

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience as Store Supervisor, preferably from beauty industry or high-end brand that have loyal customer base.

Good in Microsoft Excel

Have sense of commerciality, analytical skill, and strategical thinking

Highly motivated and committed

Eager to work hard, honest, and responsible
