Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Experience in the beauty industry for 1 year (valued).
• Interest in beauty care.
• Good communication skills and neat appearance.
• Able to work on a shift basis.

Responsibilities

• Understand L'Occitane products and provide product recommendations according to customer needs
• Actively contribute to sales targets using established marketing strategies
• Maintain store comfort and cleanliness
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Manage stock reports, stock takes, and inventory
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
