Job summary

Trans Entertainment in Indonesia seeks an Operations Manager to oversee all day-to-day activities in our attractions, including the Trans Studio complex. You will direct operations and customer service, and drive forecasts, financial objectives, and the business plan.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in a similar role within theme parks, retail, or hospitality, with strong negotiation, communication and team leadership skills. Weekend and public holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role at a theme park, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Ability to negotiate, communicate effectively, and lead a team.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
