Trans Entertainment seeks a Store Leader for Kid City Transpark Bintaro. You will direct all operational aspects including operations and customer service, and you will develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans to drive store performance.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, with a minimum of 3 years in similar roles across retail or hospitality, and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position (Game Center, Theme Park, Bank, Retail, and Hospitality).
• Ability to negotiate, communicate, and lead a team.
• Target oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on Weekends & Public Holidays.
