Job summary

PT. JIMSHONEY INDONESIA PRATAMA is seeking a Store Manager in Sulawesi Utara/Manado to lead daily store operations, drive sales targets, and manage a retail team.

You will coordinate stock, promotions, and cross-functional support to ensure excellent customer experience and consistent brand standards. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in store management within fashion retail, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1).
• Experience: 1–2 years as Store Manager or Supervisor in retail fashion.
• Languages: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers and staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
• Well-organized with scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth business activities and compliance with company standards.
• Achieve store sales targets through effective sales strategies, promotions, and team execution.
• Monitor, analyze, and report store sales performance, customer trends, and promotional effectiveness.
• Develop local sales opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage store manpower planning, including recruitment, staffing needs, team productivity, and employee performance.
• Train, coach, and supervise store team members to improve selling skills, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze product performance, market demand, and manage SKU ordering to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate product shipment and stock replenishment from warehouse to store.
• Manage store operational expenses, including petty cash usage and accountability.
• Handle store-specific promotional activities and submit LOA approval for special transactions, promotions, and manpower additions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Management) to support store operations.
• Maintain store performance, customer experience, and operational standards.
