Lintasarta is seeking a Storage/Infrastructure Engineer in Jakarta to install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot data center storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS/backup). The role handles Level 2 incidents and ensures data availability, performance, and integrity across HPE 3PAR, Dell EMC, or NetApp platforms.

You will configure storage arrays, manage capacity and replication, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with server, network, and virtualization teams.

Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years of storage/infrastructure engineering in a data center.
• Experience with HPE 3PAR, Dell EMC, or NetApp platforms.
• Understanding of SAN, NAS, RAID, LUN masking, zoning, and thin provisioning.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain storage arrays.
• Configure SAN/NAS connectivity and multipathing.
• Configure replication and backups; participate in DR drills.
• Monitor performance and handle Level 2 incidents; escalate when needed.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate with server, network, and application teams.
