Job summary

PT Millennium Pharmacon International, Tbk invites applications for a Branch Inventory Controller position in Balikpapan. You will oversee GIT, receipt/shipment, returns, and branch warehouse operations to prevent losses.

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Pharmacy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of stock management, cycle inventory, stock rotation, and risk prevention.
• Experience with stock opname processes.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and ensuring Goods In Transfer (GIT) process.
• Controlling the receipt and shipment of goods.
• Monitoring product returns and handling return claims.
• Controlling Branch Warehouse Operations related to potential losses up to fraud.
• Monitoring consignment settlement processes and preparing outstanding consignment reports for Branch Manager.
• Conducting stock opname (inventory checks) with the branch team.
• Reporting and being accountable to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum education of S1 in Management/Pharmacy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Understanding of Inventory Stock Management (cycle inventory process, stock rotation, and product transfer), and risk prevention efforts.
• Understanding and ability to conduct Stock Opname processes.
• Familiarity with the use and functions of Inventory Management Systems, i.e., supporting programs/systems.
• Placement in Balikpapan Branch.
