SAP STAR Program Intern in Indonesia invites students to rotate across SAP’s Customer Success and Delivery units while completing their studies. You’ll receive structured development, mentoring, and hands-on experience in sales, consulting, and operations, with a path to full-time opportunities after graduation.
Ideal candidates are pursuing technical or business degrees, have at least 12 months remaining, can work five days weekly, and communicate well in English. Internship is based in Jakarta.

About STAR
Welcome to SAP’s Student Training & Rotation (STAR) Program, an SAP globally run, integrated work-study program.The business trackprovides a unique opportunity for studentsstudying Accounting, Finance,Supply Chain,Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or General Business-related specializations to gain broader real-world experiences while completing the remaining 12+ months of undergraduate studies.
Through the program, students will understand different business functions such as account management, solution sales, general business sales, business development, demand generation, partner business, technical sales, business operations, consulting, and more. This paid rotational training program will give students aheadstartin building their careers in tech companies such as SAP and achieving early success.
As a STAR student, you will have the opportunity to:
Rotate across different business units (LoB) within our Customer Success (CS)and Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D)organisation.
Receive on-the-job and structured development, mentoring,and coaching from our managers and leaders.
Get paidas a full-time intern while completing your studies
Learn from our experienced mentors and start building your professional network early.

What will SAP STAR students be doing?
[Rotation]STARswill complete at least two mandatory customer-facing rotations in designated business areas, with opportunities to gain exposure to other SAP business areas throughout the program. Examples include:
Sales–Our Account Managers and Sales teams are trusted advisors to their clients, engagingin a meaningful wayto deliver sustainable solutions to some of the business's biggest challenges.
Presales– The first point of contact and trusted advisors for our customers, our Presales teams provide pre-sales support for SAP products and services. They createandmaintainsales presentations, product demos, and other materials to help secure business and grow revenue.
Customer SuccessManager–Take onfull responsibility for customer accounts in different lifecycle stages, from onboarding to adoption, expansion, and renewal. Daily responsibilities include data-driven analysis and execution, to change management projects.
Consulting & Delivery–Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, providing expert advice and solutions. Responsibilities includeimplementing SAP solutionsand ensuring successful project delivery.
Partner Business Management–Collaborate with SAP’s network of partners to drive mutual success. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, developing joint business plans, and ensuring partners are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to sell and implement SAP solutions effectively.
Business Operations– Drive SAP’sCustomer Value Journeyto create the highest level of efficiency possible within SAP.
[Project Ownership]Every STAR will lead at least one STAR Project to build project management, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Bootcamp & Onboarding–Design and deliver onboarding experiences and bootcamp activities for new STARs.
Media & Communications– Create engaging content and manage communications across internal channels.
Learning & Development– Organise learning sessions, workshops, and development initiatives for the STAR community.
STAR Engagement– Plan and execute activities that foster connection, collaboration, and a strong STAR community.
Outreach– Support employer branding and campus engagement initiatives to attract future STAR talent.
Qualifications,Skillsand Competencies
We are looking forstudents who are:
StudyingAccounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or General Business-related specializations.
Haveat least12+ monthsremaininguntilthecompletion oftheirstudies.
Able to work 5 days per week, with flexibility to attend required university classes or academic commitments when needed.
Passionate about business AI, technology, innovation, and the ways digital platforms and applications can address business challenges.
Possess strong presence and excellent communication skills in English.Proficiencyin anadditionallanguage is a plus.
Problem-solvers who are ambitious, resilient, proactive, open-minded, have a growth mindset,and canhandle pressure effectively.
Collaborative, empathetic, and respectful team players.
Demonstrated leadership or involvement in projects, hackathons, student organisations, competitions, or other extracurricular activities.
Currentlystudying inIndonesia. Priority will be given toIndonesian / Indonesia PR.
