SAP STAR will give Indonesian students a paid, 12+ month rotation across multiple business units within Customer Success and Delivery, with on-the-job and structured development, mentoring, and real project exposure. You’ll work five days a week while completing studies and may be considered for full-time roles or SAP Academy programs after completion.
Applicants must be studying in Indonesia, with at least 12 months remaining, and demonstrate passion for technology, AI, and business innovation.

Welcome to SAP’s Student Training & Rotation (STAR) Program, an SAP globally run, integrated work-study program. The business track provides a unique opportunity for students studying Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or General Business-related specializations to gain broader real-world experiences while completing the remaining 12+ months of undergraduate studies.
Through the program, students will understand different business functions such as account management, solution sales, general business sales, business development, demand generation, partner business, technical sales, business operations, consulting, and more. This paid rotational training program will give students a head start in building their careers in tech companies such as SAP and achieving early success.
