Job summary

Yayasan Al-Bahjah in Indonesia is seeking a Staff Recruitment professional to lead the full recruitment cycle across its growing network of religious education programs, schools, and social welfare initiatives, ensuring candidates align with Islamic values and organizational requirements.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, conduct structured interviews, create job postings, and maintain candidate databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, or related field.
• At least 1 year recruitment experience; interns or fresh grads with relevant internship are encouraged.
• Understanding of complete recruitment workflows and best practices.
• Ability to independently conduct screening and structured interviews.
• Experience with online job platforms and ATS.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to Ahlussunnah wal jamaah Islamic principles.

Yayasan Al-Bahjah, a major Islamic da'wah and community development foundation in Indonesia, is seeking a Staff Recruitment professional to strengthen its human resources operations across its growing network of religious education programs, schools, and social welfare initiatives.

Role Overview

As Staff Recruitment, you will lead the full recruitment cycle for the foundation, from identifying and attracting qualified talent to successful onboarding. You'll work to ensure candidates align with Yayasan Al-Bahjah's Islamic values and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions throughout the foundation
• Screen candidates through CV review and preliminary qualification assessments
• Conduct structured interviews and coordinate with department heads on hiring decisions
• Create and manage job postings across relevant recruitment platforms and channels
• Maintain organized candidate databases and recruitment documentation
• Support additional HR administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or HR roles in student/community organizations are encouraged to apply)
• Strong understanding of complete recruitment workflows and best practices
• Ability to independently conduct candidate screening and structured interviews
• Experience with online job platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
