Job summary

PT Bersih Aman Cemerlang, a provider of hospital laundry services and linen management, seeks an environmental health specialist to join the team and strengthen health and environmental practices.

You will develop annual work plans, monitor IPAL systems, oversee waste handling (B3 and medical waste), and prepare UKL-UPL reporting while coordinating with agencies. Fresh graduates are welcome, with S1/D4 in relevant fields preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma 4 in Environmental Health, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of environmental management, sanitation, and wastewater treatment.
• Knowledge of IPAL operation and maintenance.
• Understanding of hazardous waste (B3) management and medical/non-medical waste.
• Knowledge of basic K3 principles and environmental regulations; HSE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual work programs for health and environmental management.
• Monitor and maintain wastewater treatment installations (IPAL) and ensure periodic water quality checks.
• Oversee wastewater recycling processes with a target of at least 70% daily reuse.
• Conduct environmental monitoring in accordance with UKL-UPL documents.
• Manage solid waste, medical waste, non-medical waste, and hazardous waste (B3) according to procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies and waste management partners.
• Prepare semester UKL-UPL reports and waste balance sheets every three months.
• Conduct environmental sanitation monitoring, including mosquito larva checks and ground tank and water tower cleanliness.
• Coordinate with relevant work units in implementing environmental health programs.
