Job summary

INDONESIA HUABAO INDUSTRIAL PARK is seeking an Environmental Supervisor to oversee the implementation of environmental management and protection programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. The role involves coordinating inspections, reporting, and driving corrective actions across operations.

You will monitor wastewater, air emissions, hazardous waste (B3), and environmental quality, and lead a team to ensure continual improvement in environmental performance at the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in mining, smelter, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in monitoring, reporting, and waste management.

Job description

Coordinate with government authorities and internal departments regarding environmental compliance.

Identify environmental risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in mining, smelter, or manufacturing industries.

Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and compliance requirements.

Experienced in environmental monitoring, reporting, and waste management.

Possess relevant environmental competency certifications (preferred).

Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.
