Job summary

Familiarity with SQL queries and automation testing tools like Selenium or Postman is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills and fluency in English are essential for this role.

Role: QA Manual

1. More than 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
2. Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (functional, regression, UAT).
3. Experience in test planning, test case design, and execution.
4. Familiarity with system architecture and integration testing.
5. Proficiency in test documentation (Test Plan, Test Cases, Defect Reports).
6. Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, and test management tools.
7. Knowledge of SQL queries for data validation.
8. Experience in automation testing (Selenium, Postman, or similar tools) is a plus.
9. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
10. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
11. Knowledge in Life Insurance and Group Insurance is a plus.
