Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to orchestrate multi-tower cloud and AI-enabled transformations for enterprise clients in Indonesia. You will translate business needs into end-to-end technical blueprints, sizing models, and governance frameworks across cloud, AI, and CPaaS domains.

You will lead cross-product strategy, technical RFP responses, rapid prototyping, and customer demos, working with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-value,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• TOGAF and Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud) preferred but not mandatory.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Presales, Enterprise Consulting, or Technical Product Management.

• Decompose enterprise requirements into unified, end-to-end technical blueprints and sizing models (compute, GPU, APIs).
• Coordinate with Data/AI, Cloud/DC, and CPaaS for sub-module delivery.
• Develop interactive customer demos, clickable mock-ups, and PoC scopes for de-risking adoption.
• Author and defend technical architectures and compliance matrices for tenders and TORs.

Job description

Role Purpose:

Acts as the primary Solution Orchestrator and Technical Architect responsible for integrating Cloud Infrastructure, Applied AI/Automation engines, and Intelligent CPaaS/Messaging channels into high-value enterprise blueprints.

Operating at the intersection of business discovery and technical delivery, the role translates client pain points across priority vertical industries (BFSI, Government/Public Sector, and Education).

Area of Responsibilities:

1. Complex Solution Orchestration & Combined Architecture

• Lead and orchestrate complex multi-tower deals combining Hybrid Cloud, Centralized Data & AI, and Intelligent CPaaS.
• Decompose enterprise requirements into unified, end-to-end technical blueprints and sizing models (compute, GPU, APIs).
• Coordinate with Data/AI, Cloud/DC, and CPaaS for sub-module delivery.

2. Cross-Product Strategy Roadmap & Industry Benchmarking

• Establish multi-product strategy roadmaps tailored for priority vertical sectors
• Conduct competitive benchmarking against local/global players (BSPs, Hyperscalers, System Integrators).
• Formulate standardized industry reference architectures and compliance templates (OJK/BI data residency, SPBE, UU PDP).

3. GTM Orchestration, Combined Value Proposition & Positioning

• Formulate combined multi-product positioning and end-to-end storylines
• Define unique value propositions contrasting integrated solutions against fragmented point-competitors.
• Drive sales enablement sessions, battlecards, and co-pitching strategies for enterprise sales teams.

4. Customer Demos, Mock-ups & Rapid Prototyping

• Develop interactive customer-facing demos, clickable mock-ups, and sandbox simulation environments.
• Showcase live integration flows during executive discovery sessions.
• Build customized Proof of Concept (PoC) scopes to de-risk client adoption

5. Technical RFP Leadership & Governance Alignment

• Author and defend technical architectures, SLA terms, and compliance matrix for complex enterprise tenders and TORs.

Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud), or FinOps / Agile Product Management certifications.

Related Experience:

• Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Presales, Enterprise Consulting, or Technical Product Management within IT System Integrators, Enterprise Software/SaaS, Cloud MSPs, or B2B Telecommunications.
• Proven track record in orchestrating multi-tower solutions or integrating at least two of the following domains: Public/Private Cloud, Applied AI/NLP workflows, and Enterprise Messaging/CPaaS (WABA/RCS).
• Proven experience leading technical responses for high-stakes enterprise tenders/RFPs and co-pitching complex technical designs alongside Sales teams to stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• Multi-Tower Solution Architecture:Broad ability to design High-Level Architectures (HLA) and technical Bills of Quantity (BoQ) combining Cloud compute, AI microservices, and messaging workflows.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Sizing: Sound knowledge of Private/Hybrid Cloud hosting, GPU/compute feasibility sizing, and enterprise workload migrations.
• Applied AI & Conversational Tech: Functional understanding of Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), conversational bots, Computer Vision (OCR/e-KYC), and API/webhook integrations.
• Rapid Prototyping & Demos: Ability to build and demonstrate interactive sandboxes, clickable customer mock‑… structured Proof of Concept (PoC) test beds.
• Regulatory Governance:Practical awareness of local compliance standards, including Bank Indonesia & OJK data residency mandates, SPBE frameworks, and UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi (PDP).
