Job summary

PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk is seeking a seasoned corporate strategy leader to shape and steer the holding company and its subsidiaries toward sustainable growth aligned with the group's vision.

You will drive strategic planning, business development, and organizational transformation, coordinating with senior management and the Board to monitor performance and drive change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, business, engineering, economics, or related field.
• 6–9 years of work experience with at least 3–5 years in strategy, business development, or management consulting.
• Experience handling a holding company with multiple subsidiaries is an advantage.
• Strong in strategic planning and business analysis.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and financial modelling (valuation, capital structure, investment analysis).
• Market research and analysis skills to support corporate strategy and roadmap development.
• Project management skills to manage cross-functional strategic and transformation initiatives.
• Leadership and influencing skills across stakeholders at various levels, including senior management/BOD.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (Indonesian & English).
• Data-driven problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Change management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen for the dynamics of a holding company with diversified businesses.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Strategy & Planning: Develop and coordinate the holding company's strategic roadmap and planning processes.
• Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and lead deals through to completion.
• Organizational Transformation: Lead change management and stakeholder alignment across units.
• Business Performance Monitoring: Evaluate performance against targets and advise the BOD.

Job description

Lead the formulation, execution, and monitoring of corporate strategy for the holding company and its subsidiaries and drive organizational transformation initiatives to ensure sustainable business growth aligned with the group's vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Strategy & Planning
Develop and coordinate the holding company's corporate strategy and strategic roadmap, including conducting market research and industry analysis as the basis for strategy formulation, as well as corporate planning and project management processes for the Board of Directors (BOD)

2. Business Development
Identify business growth opportunities (organic and new business) through business cases and feasibility studies, as well as execute and lead business development projects/deals/transactions through to completion

3. Organizational Transformation
Develop and execute organizational change strategies to support the implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives, including stakeholder management, executive alignment, and change impact assessment

4. Business Performance Monitoring
Monitor and evaluate business performance against strategic targets, and develop recommendations for management/BOD

5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Sustainability & Business Portfolio Management as well as other business units to ensure alignment in strategy execution

Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in management, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field

Minimum 6-9 years of work experience, with at least 3-5 years in strategy, business development, or management consulting

Experience handling a holding company with multiple business units/subsidiaries is an advantage

Strong in strategic planning and business analysis

Understanding of corporate finance and financial/corporate modelling capability (valuation, capital structure, investment analysis)

Market research and analysis skills to support corporate strategy and roadmap development

Project management skills to manage cross-functional strategic and transformation initiatives

Leadership and influencing skills across stakeholders at various levels, including senior management/BOD

Stakeholder communication skills, including for business development purposes and interactions with external customers/partners
