Job summary

PT Indointernet Tbk (Indonet) is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Network Solution Architect to design network, connectivity, and telecom solutions for customer opportunities.

You will engage with customers to capture requirements, develop architectures and proposals, and support sales with technical presentations.

The role requires 5+ years in network engineering/architecture and strong IP networking and MPLS knowledge; English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in network engineering or architecture.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking, MPLS, WAN, connectivity, and telecom services.
• Experience with technical proposals and customer-facing presentations.
• Professional English is preferred.

What we need:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Solution Architect, this role is responsible for designing network and connectivity solutions that support customer business requirements. The Sr. Engineer, Network Solution Architect will provide technical consultation, support presales engagements, and develop network architecture recommendations across the company's solution portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Design network, connectivity, and telecommunications solutions for customer opportunities
• Engage customers to understand technical and business requirements
• Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, and network designs
• Support sales teams during technical presentations and customer engagements
• Conduct technical assessments and solution feasibility analysis
• Prepare network diagrams, scope of work, and supporting documentation
• Support proposal development and solution costing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful delivery
• Monitor emerging networking technologies and industry trends
• Ensure solution designs align with company standards and customer requirements

The successful candidate:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, network architecture, presales, or solution consulting
• Strong understanding of IP networking, MPLS, WAN, internet, connectivity, and telecommunications services
• Experience preparing technical proposals and customer-facing solution presentations
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Relevant networking certifications are preferred
• Good competence in English is preferred
