Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center seeks a Sr. Engineer, Network to design, implement, and optimize critical network infrastructure. You will resolve complex incidents, support upgrades, and develop documentation for ongoing operations.

The role requires 5+ years in network engineering or telecom, strong routing/switching skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business needs in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, IT, CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or telecom operations.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure and services.
• Investigate and resolve complex network incidents and performance issues.
• Support network upgrade, migration, and optimization projects.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor network performance and recommend improvements.

What we need:

Reporting to the Supervisor, Network L3, this role is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of network infrastructure. The Sr. Engineer, Network will serve as a technical subject matter expert and support the resolution of complex network issues while contributing to network enhancement initiatives.

The successful candidate:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field


• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or telecommunications operations


• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and network troubleshooting


• Experience working in ISP, telecommunications, or enterprise network environments


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills


• Good communication and teamwork abilities
