• Procure goods and services for commercial spend.
• Develop sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management.
• Monitor delivery schedule and due date PO to ensure goods arrive on time.
• Update with latest technology and market intelligence to ensure goods meet latest tech and efficiency.
• Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts.
• Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.
• Track authorizations and correspondence.
• Maintain detailed and organized files.
• Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
• Maintain an audit file for each contract including originals, correspondence, changes, amendments, and clarifications.
• Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings.
• Ensure contractor follows legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.
• Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
