Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a procurement professional to acquire goods and services for commercial spend from Menara Mandiri. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely deliveries and compliant contracts.

Key responsibilities include contract administration, maintaining detailed records, and staying updated on market intelligence to optimize price, terms, and delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods and services for commercial spend.
• Develop sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management.
• Monitor delivery schedule and PO due dates to ensure timely arrivals.
• Utilize the latest technology and market intelligence to meet specifications and efficiency.
• Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts.
• Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing requirements and budgets.
• Track authorizations and correspondence.
• Maintain detailed and organized files.
• Prepare contract change notices and monitor contractor performance and deliverables.
• Maintain an audit file for each contract including originals and amendments.
• Disseminate contract status information to appropriate staff and stakeholders.
• Ensure contractor compliance with legal requirements, owner specs and regulations.
• Provide contract summaries and ensure execution in line with company policy.

• Track authorizations and correspondence.
• Maintain detailed and organized files.
• Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
• Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications
• Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings.
• Ensure that contractor follows legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.
• Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
