Job summary

Diageo seeks an RTD Filler Operator on a 6-month fixed-term contract at our Bali site. You will operate the RTD filling line end-to-end, ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery targets, and support maintenance and 5S initiatives.

You will analyze data, perform basic maintenance, and participate in shift-based Tier 1 DOR to drive world-class KPI performance in Safety, Quality, and Cost.

Qualifications

• Good analytical skill with ability to collect, read and interpret data.
• Good technical skill to operate equipment/tools/machine.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting pattern.
• Minimum general or vocational high school, preferably machine/electrical.
• At least 1 year business experience in manufacturing consumer goods preferably in beverage factory.
• Basic ability to apply computer, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication skills - spoken and written in Indonesia language.

Responsibilities

• Operate, observe, RTD filler machine following work instructions, SOPs and safety rules.
• Maintain RTD filler machine and tools via autonomous maintenance and 5S practices.
• Control and validate product quality of filled bottles and ensure parameter adherence.
• Perform CIP and sanitation of the end-to-end filler line and document daily data.

About this role
Operate filler machine in RTD line safely from end-to-end process to produce RTD filled bottle product that meet to standard of product quality follow to customer requirements and standards. Full responsibility for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.
Conduct root cause analysis in reducing or avoiding downtime. Conduct maintenance to follow preventive and predictive maintenance activity led by engineering. Conduct 5S implementation and autonomous maintenance set up by line manager. Attend Tier 1 DOR in shifty basis to deliver world class performance in all aspects of Level 3 KPI (Safety, Quality, Cost).

• Operate, observe, RTD filler machine follow to work instruction and standard operation and procedure
• Maintain RTD filler machine and tools through autonomous maintenance and conduct 5S
• Control and validate the quality of product specifically filled bottle coming out from filler machine to follow filled bottle parameter
• Run cleaning in place (CIP) of end-to-end filler machine and sanitation process
• Record data in daily report operation, analyze and interpret data to coordinate with quality analyst and support root cause analysis
