Job summary

Diageo is hiring an RTD Filler Operator at our Bali site for a 6-month contract. You will operate the RTD filler machine end-to-end, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery to meet customer requirements, and collaborate with engineering for maintenance and 5S activities.

The role demands 1 year of manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and good communication in Indonesian. You will work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, applying 5S and autonomous maintenance under

Qualifications

• Good analytical skill with ability to collect, read and interpret data.
• Good technical skill to operate equipment/tools/machine.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting pattern.
• Minimum general or vocational high school, preferably machine/electrical.
• At least 1 year business experience in manufacturing consumer goods preferably in beverage factory.
• Basic ability to apply computer, Microsoft word and excel.
• Good communication skills – spoken and written in Indonesian language.

Responsibilities

• Operate, observe, RTD filler machine follow to work instruction and standard operation and procedure.
• Maintain RTD filler machine and tools through autonomous maintenance and conduct 5S.
• Control and validate the quality of product specifically filled bottle coming out from filler machine to follow filled bottle parameter.
• Run cleaning in place (CIP) of end-to-end filler machine and sanitation process.
• Record data in daily report operation, analyze and interpret data to coordinate with quality analyst and support root cause analysis

Full responsibility for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.Conduct root cause analysis in reducing or avoiding downtime. Conduct maintenance to follow preventive and predictive maintenance activity led by engineering. Conduct 5S implementation and autonomous maintenance set up by line manager.
