Job summary

Diageo in Bali is seeking a RTD Label Operator for a six-month contract to operate label machines in the RTD line, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will conduct preventive maintenance, lead a packing team member, and participate in 5S and autonomous maintenance under the line manager, contributing to world-class KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Good analytical skill with ability to collect, read and interpret data.
• Good technical skill to operate equipment/tools/machine.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting pattern.
• Minimum general or vocational high school, preferably machine/electrical.
• At least 1 year business experience in manufacturing consumer goods preferably in beverage factory.
• Basic ability to apply computer, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication skills – spoken and written in Indonesia language.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the RTD label, warmer and printing machines per SOP.
• Maintain RTD filler and related equipment via autonomous maintenance and 5S.
• Control and validate label quality and codes to meet packaging parameters.
• Run CIP for warmer and sanitation; record daily data and support root-cause analysis with QA.

About This Role

Operate label machine in RTD line safely from end-to-end process to produce RTD packed product that meet to standard of product quality follow to customer requirements and standards. Full responsibility for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.

Conduct root cause analysis in reducing or avoiding downtime. Conduct maintenance to follow preventive and predictive maintenance activity led by engineering. Lead packing team member. Conduct 5S implementation and autonomous maintenance set up by line manager. Attend Tier 1 DOR in shift basis to deliver world class performance in all aspects of Level 3 KPI (Safety, Quality, Cost).

You Will Be Responsible For

• Operate and observe warmer, RTD label machine, printing machine follow to work instruction and standard operation and procedure
• Maintain warmer, RTD filler machine, printing machine and tools through autonomous maintenance and conduct 5S
• Control and validate the quality of labelled bottle complete with code coming out from label machine to follow packed bottle parameter
• Run cleaning in place (CIP) of warmer and sanitation processRecord data in daily report operation, analyze and interpret data to coordinate with quality analyst and support root cause analysis
