Job summary

PT KENCAR SUKSES INVESTAMA is seeking a Supervisor QC to oversee plastic production processes and quality assurance operations at our East Java facility. You will guide the QC team and ensure all stages meet defined quality standards.

The role requires inspecting materials, conducting tests, documenting results, promoting ISO/OH&S compliance, and reporting daily and weekly QC findings. You will also identify defects and drive improvements while training staff.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with production, R&D and maintenance to resolve quality issues.
• Able to supervise QC tasks and report findings.
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection procedures.

• Prepare daily and weekly QC reports documenting inspection results and identified issues.
• Maintain product quality consistency to meet customer specifications.
• Identify production defects and provide improvement recommendations.
• Improve QC efficiency through appropriate testing methods.
• Train QC team on quality standards and inspection procedures.
