Job summary

World Vision International (New) seeks an experienced data management professional to support Sponsorship Information System (SIS) operations, ensuring accurate input for CH, CMS, and RC data and timely reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as information technology, computer science, business administration, or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in data management, information systems, or a similar field.
• Experience in community development, child sponsorship programs, or international NGOs is favored.
• Familiarity with data monitoring, evaluation concepts, and data reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process and input CH, CMS, Child Participation, and family data into HOPE and SIS.
• Maintain data integrity and reconcile databases.
• Produce monthly GNOD reports, dashboards, and program indicators for RC participation and well-being.
• Provide technical assistance and training to field staff on SIS and related tools.
• Collaborate with SIP Coordinator to prepare RC turnover reports and data for management reviews.
