About the role

PT. Artha Jaya Mas is seeking a dedicated SPG/B Jotun to join our retail team in Rangkasbitung, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in promoting and selling Jotun products to customers at our retail location. As an SPG/B (Sales Promotion Girl/Boy), you will be the face of the Jotun brand, responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and driving sales through excellent customer service and product promotion. This role is essential to building brand awareness and achieving sales targets within our retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Promote and demonstrate Jotun paint and coating products to customers in-store

Provide expert product information and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences

Engage with customers to understand their requirements and suggest appropriate solutions

Maintain an attractive and well-organised product display area

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets

Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience

Collect customer feedback and report insights to management

Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing and product specifications

Support store operations and maintain cleanliness of the retail space

Previous retail or sales promotion experience is preferred
