Job summary

Altius Hospitals Puri Indah is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.

You will provide regular therapy sessions to improve articulation and AAC usage, guide families on home exercises, and collaborate with physicians and other therapists. A valid license and 2 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3), Bachelor's (S1), or Master's (S2) in a health-related field with specialization in Speech Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist.
• Valid official practice license or professional registration.
• Strong empathy, patience, and communication skills with children and adults; meticulous data recording.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to detect speech, language, cognitive-communication disorders, and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions to help patients improve articulation and practice using AAC tools.
• Provide guidance to families on home-based exercises and collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and other therapists.
• Document patient progress, update medical records, and periodically evaluate the effectiveness of therapy methods.
