Job summary

Responsibilities include patient education, documenting progress, and scheduling follow‑ups. You will ensure safety, prepare and maintain equipment, attend briefings, and communicate clearly with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Occupational Therapy required.
• CCC-SLP certification and state licensure required.
• Excellent communication with patients and healthcare team.
• Ability to tailor interventions based on patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement rehabilitation service programs and plans for speech therapy according to standards and regulations.
• Assess patients’ condition and determine appropriate speech therapy modalities.
• Explain procedures, duration, and effects to patients for complete initial education.
• Deliver therapy and ensure patient safety; maintain equipment readiness and cleanliness.
• Document patient files before, during and after procedures; schedule follow-ups.
