Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking a professional Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitation programs within our physiotherapy department in Cikarang, West Java. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma of D3 in Occupational Therapy with at least 1 year of experience and is proficient in manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.

Qualifications

• Diploma D3 in Occupational Therapy and registration is required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proficiency in physiotherapy techniques including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physiotherapy rehabilitation plans to support patient healing.
• Attend pre-appointment briefings to gather patient information.
• Check tool readiness and cleanliness at each shift start.
• Receive patients following hospital service standards.
• Assess patient condition to plan therapy and select modalities.
• Analyze assessment data to align program with doctor’s plan.
• Explain procedures, duration, and effects to patients to educate.
• Deliver therapy per procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Educate patients and families on home care and scheduling.
• Document patient files before, during, after procedures.
• Collect data/reports for department accountability.
• Support quality and safety through training and data collection.
