Job summary

Organon, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Site Planner to develop and manage monthly production plans and ensure smooth execution of supply and production activities. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize costs and service levels.

Ideal candidates will have a background in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain concepts, with experience in SAP/ APO and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business studies and/or economics and industrial engineering.
• 5 years' experience in production planning and material management preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage monthly production plan and schedule.
• Perform inventory analysis and input potential discards and material availability for optimized costs.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of production plans.
• Monitor KPIs such as service level, capacity, and plan adherence.

Job Description

The Position

Site Planner is responsible for production planning, and site supply escalation management. Planner is also responsible for performing analytics data collection and conclusions to drive supply and system operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage monthly production plan and schedule
• Perform Inventory analysis and input on potential discard & availability materials for supporting production planning to optimize operation costs/efficiencies.
• Interact with internal and external customers to ensure timely execution of production plans and ensure customer service and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Execute fulfillment planning align to global planning calendar
• Interacts with CoE (Center of Excellence) or SME if required related with all of issue for production planning.
• Monitor and ensure timely reporting on Key Performance Indicator (i.e., customer service level, capacity, runtime accuracy, plan adherence etc.).
• Address, elevate and managing demand and supply change to communicate with stake holder impacted.
• Create and monitoring profit plan target in yearly basis
• Perform demand and supply analysis to implement solution for continues supply
• Manage Change Management proses for any source change
• Monitoring and maintaining production and warehouse capacity
• As back up for Bulk Planner.
• Provides data to identify and facilitate Continuous Improvement opportunities.
• Supporting regular team communication and providing continuous feedback.
• Maintaining technical skills and knowledge up to date promotes a culture of continuous learning.
• Responsible for keeping abreast site safety & quality requirement and specific compliance policy and standards at daily work.
• Demonstrate quality leadership behavior, promote a quality culture, and proactively supports cGMP compliance.
• Promote the site SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) culture, including the interdependency safety culture.
• Others development plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business studies and/or economics and industrial engineering.
• Experience 5 years in production planning and material management is preferable.
• Learning from routine work assignments to develop professional skillset at entry level.
• Communicates information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
• Accountable for technical contribution to project team or sub-team.
• Works only with established procedures, technologies, and methodologies.
• Begin/willingness to learn about end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Ability to learn about customer/channel/market insight.
• Ability to learn about relationship management.
• Ability to learn about supply chain risk and compliance.
• Ability to learn about supply chain metrics & improvement.
• Ability to learn about information systems knowledge.Ability to learn about sales & operation planning.

• Having knowledge in use of SAP & APO
• Able to operate Ms. Excel and using formula such as pivot, look up, etc.
• Good in English both written and verbal for day-to-day communication.
• Having knowledge of cGMP in manufacture/packaging operations, operational excellence, and materials handling systems.
