Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk is seeking an experienced FP&A specialist to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning within the finance team in Jakarta. The role focuses on improving reporting accuracy and delivering timely insights to senior management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop automated tools, and provide rigorous financial analysis of costs and budgets. A minimum of five years’ experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, MIS, or Management Reporting (banking experience preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in budgeting, performance reporting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, Balanced Scorecard, and financial planning processes.
• Develop and enhance automated reporting tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial reporting, governance, and continuous process improvement.
• Assist and actively participate in the preparation of the annual budget, execution of the annual budget, and monthly estimates.
• Carry out detailed analysis of cost reports and actual usage compared to the budget, both periodically and ad hoc.
• Provide support and collaborate with all divisions and functions in terms of preparing income and cost budgets and their realization.
• Deliver timely weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports while identifying business trends and insights.
