Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the spa, guest services, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of spa service staff including salon, skin care, reservations, front desk, and massage areas.
• Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and helps achieve the operating budget.
• Manages supplies, equipment and payroll reports; maintains spa facilities and equipment.
• Trains and develops staff, conducts performance reviews and enforces SOPs and LSOPs.
• Provides exceptional customer service and resolves guest concerns.
• Monitors budgets and contributes to financial goals of the department.
