Job summary

Pepito Supermarket in Bali seeks a capable Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong cooking skills, and a focus on quality, hygiene, and presentation to drive customer satisfaction.

Candidates should be domiciled in Bali, willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and open to assignments at other locations as needed to support the business. Western cuisine experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef OR minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Experience in Western Cuisine is preferred.
• Domiciled in Bali.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Able to lead and coordinate the kitchen team effectively.
• Strong understanding of food quality, hygiene, presentation, and consistency.
• Strategic thinking and business-oriented, with the ability to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and increase sales.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to other locations according to company needs.
