Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Jakarta to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair DWS machines and cold chain equipment at our facilities. You will drive reliability, monitor energy use, and support temperature integrity across operations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, performance analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet safety and efficiency goals. Independent work and strong problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with DWS systems and/or cold chain equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, temperature control, and energy management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of DWS machines and cold chain equipment.
• Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance, including power consumption and operational efficiency.
• Support temperature compliance and integrity for cold chain systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and technical requirements.
• Lead or support technical improvement projects related to equipment performance and energy optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company engineering guidelines.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams when required.
