The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience with DWS systems or cold chain equipment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in DWS systems and/or cold chain equipment preferred.
• Understanding of refrigeration, temperature control, energy management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of DWS machines and cold chain equipment.
• Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance, including power consumption and operational efficiency.
• Support temperature compliance and integrity for cold chain systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and technical requirements.
• Lead or support technical improvement projects related to equipment performance and energy optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company engineering guidelines.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams when required.
