Job summary

Tetra Pak Processing And Packaging Solutions For Food And Beverages in Jakarta seeks a Solutions Sales Support Specialist to lead sales support activities with strong portfolio knowledge and alignment with market plans. This role drives Service Solutions deployment, fuels business growth, and ensures compliance with corporate standards and frameworks.

You will collaborate with Market Operations, Product Managers, and external suppliers to deliver value, train teams, and support policy

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Support, or Commercial roles.
Strong commercial and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead sales support activities aligned with Market Operational Plans with Portfolio teams and Services organization.
Support implementation of Service Solutions within the 3-Year Plan and identify opportunities for growth.
Develop value propositions and deliver customer presentations aligned to client needs.
Ensure offerings comply with pricing, terms, and legal frameworks.
Provide guidance on technical scope, financial structuring, and complex quotations.
Track proposals and follow up with sales teams to capture opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement of sales support delivery.
