Juke Solutions (PT Juke Solusi Teknologi) in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to design and implement end-to-end technology solutions based on business needs. You will translate complex requirements into scalable architectures and develop comprehensive technical documentation.

Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Network, and Security teams, you will guide technical discussions, evaluate platforms, and ensure secure, high-performing integrations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and system integration.
• Experience in developing solution architecture/design and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Knowledge of API, databases, virtualization, containerization and system integration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers.

Job Description

• Design end-to-end technology solutions based on business and customer requirements.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and reliable solution architectures.
• Develop solution architecture, technical proposals, solution blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Engineering, Network, Security, and Project teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Conduct technical discussions and presentations with customers and provide appropriate technology recommendations.
• Evaluate technologies, tools, and platforms based on project requirements.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements related to security, performance, availability, scalability, and integration.
• Support presales activities, including requirement gathering, solution estimation, technical proposals, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
• Provide technical guidance during implementation and support troubleshooting for complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, System Architect, Presales Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system integration.
• Experience in developing solution architecture/design and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Understanding of API, database, virtualization, containerization, and system integration concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to conduct technical discussions with customers.
• Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, networking, or solution architecture are a plus..
