Job summary

Deltadata Mandiri is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead end-to-end technical solution design for enterprise clients in Indonesia. The role involves translating complex requirements into secure, scalable architectures and BoM documentation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and vendors to deliver proposals, RFPs, and PoCs, while staying current on cybersecurity, networking, and IT infrastructure trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 5–7 years in Solution Architecture, Presales Eng, or similar role.
• Experience designing solutions in Cybersecurity, Networking and IT Infra.
• Proven track record with enterprise clients and RFP/RFQ processes.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certs such as Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet, Netskope, AWS/Azure/GCP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions based on client requirements.
• Develop solutions across SASE, XDR, SOC as a Service, VAPT and IT infra.
• Define components, topology, sizing, and specs for proposals.
• Prepare BoM, diagrams, and technical documents for proposals and RFQs.
• Lead or support presentations, PoC/PoV, and client discussions.
• Translate technical solutions into business value for IT and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales, Delivery, and vendors throughout the process.
• Coordinate with vendors on specs, pricing, and requirements.
• Conduct tech research to stay current in cybersecurity, networking, and infra.
• Ensure solutions are feasible, secure, scalable, and standards-aligned.
• Handover to Delivery team with clear docs after project award.

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team and drive end-to-end technical solution design for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Design end-to-end technical solutions based on client business and technical requirements.
• Develop solutions across SASE, XDR, SOC as a Service, VAPT, and Server & Storage.
• Define technical components, architecture, topology, sizing, and specifications based on client requirements.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BoM), solution architecture diagrams, compliance matrices, and technical documentation for proposals, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Lead or support technical presentations, product demonstrations, PoC/PoV engagements, and technical discussions with clients.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear business and technical value propositions for both IT teams and decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Presales Manager, Delivery/Postsales teams, and technology vendors/principals throughout the solutioning process.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding product specifications, technical support, pricing, and solution requirements.
• Conduct technology research and evaluation to keep up with developments in cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure.
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, secure, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices and applicable standards.
• Perform technical handover and provide clear documentation to the Delivery/Postsales team after project award.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Presales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience designing solutions across Cybersecurity, Networking, and IT Infrastructure.
• Proven experience handling enterprise clients and complex RFP/RFQ or proposal processes.
• Strong understanding of:
• SASE: SD-WAN, ZTNA, SWG, CASB, FWaaS
• VAPT: OWASP Top 10, PTES
• Security & Compliance: ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP)
• Strong technical presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, particularly in preparing BoM, technical proposals, and solution documentation.
• Able to manage multiple proposals and engagements within tight deadlines.
• Relevant certifications such as Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet, Netskope, CompTIA Security+, AWS, Azure, or GCP are a plus.
