Job summary

PT Hipernet Indodata (HI) is seeking a capable professional to conduct business and technical needs analysis, design IT solutions, and support presales for IT services. The role involves reviewing architectures, preparing BOMs, and delivering clear documentation to clients and internal teams.

The position requires at least 1 year in consulting/solution architecture/presales, with CCNA/MTCNA/JNCIA being advantageous. Placement is Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• At least 1 year of work experience in Consulting/Solution Architecture/Presales Consulting, preferably in IT Services/ISP.
• CCNA, MTCNA, or JNCIA certifications will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business and technical needs analysis for clients to develop IT solutions.
• Analyze and review existing system architectures and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
• Design IT solutions tailored to client needs with added value.
• Prepare a Bill of Quantity for the proposed solutions.
• Develop clear IT solution documentation and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams for project execution.
• Conduct regular client visits with the Sales team to maintain relationships.
• Placement: Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat.
