Job summary

ATW Solar Indonesia, a Triputra Group subsidiary, seeks an HSE Project Officer to lead K3 activities across project sites in Jakarta. You will manage and implement K3 programs, assess hazards, and develop HSE plans and risk assessments to protect workers and the environment.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in health fields, and a K3 Umum certificate is preferred. You must be willing to work from office as well as on project sites in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health or Public-Health or related field.
• Certificate of Safety Expert (K3 Umum) preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement K3 program and procedures at project sites.
• Evaluate and monitor work areas to identify hazards and take corrective action.
• Create and socialize job analyses, HSE plans, and HIRA for projects.
• Recommend policy changes to enhance employee and environmental safety.

Our subsidiary company, ATW Solar Indonesia is looking for HSE Project Officer, that will grow with us by:

• Manage and implement K3 program and procedure in project area
• Evaluate and monitor working area to determine potential hazards and take appropriate action to correct any kind of hazards
• Create and socialize job analysis, HSE Plan, HIRA in the project area
• Recommend policy changes to better protect employees and the environment.

Requirements

• Have a minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health/ Public-Health or related major
• Have Certificate of Safety Expert (K3 Umum) will be preferred
• Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work from office as well as from project site
