Arkion Technologies - Member of PT. Indoturbine Group is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to bridge engineering and customer needs in solar PV, batteries, and energy storage. You will size systems, prepare quotes, and be the first technical contact after delivery.

Based in Jakarta with remote options and site travel, the role suits fresh graduates to up to two years of experience who are eager to engage customers, learn rapidly, and contribute to energy transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; up to 2 years of experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with English; willing to travel.
• Able to read datasheets, installation manuals, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into PV/BESS configurations (load, site constraints, budget).
• Size PV arrays, inverters, and batteries; perform DoD, C-rate, and cable sizing checks.
• Prepare and present technical proposals; respond to objections during sales cycles.
• Support sales team with customer visits, site surveys, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain customer records, warranty processes, and liaise with principals for RMAs.
