Job summary

PT Bangun Solar Global is seeking an experienced Estimator to perform quantity take-offs, and create BoQ and RAB/Cost Estimates for PLTS projects. You will coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project, and Finance teams to support accurate cost planning.

You will read technical drawings and SLDs, calculate material requirements (PV modules, inverters, mounting systems, cables, and protection), review supplier quotations, and assist in tender documentation and price quotations to meet

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience as Estimator, Engineer, or Project Engineer on PLTS/EPC projects is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform quantity take-off.
• Strong analytical and cost estimation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform calculations and estimations of material requirements for PLTS projects.
• Create BoQ (Bill of Quantity) and RAB/Cost Estimate for projects.
• Read and understand technical drawings, single-line diagrams, layouts and project specs.
• Conduct quantity take-off based on drawings and tender documents.
• Calculate material requirements such as PV modules, inverters, mounting systems, cables, panels, protection systems, and supporting materials.
• Assist in preparing project price quotations based on material, labour, and installation work requirements.
• Review and compare quotations from suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project and Finance teams regarding project cost requirements.
• Assist in evaluating work changes and cost requirements during project execution.
• Prepare technical and commercial documents required for tenders and projects.
