Job summary

Arysun Energy Group is seeking a hands-on Electrical Installer in Jakarta Selatan to join our field team. The role involves installing solar panels, inverters, and related equipment, and preparing materials for on-site work.

You will perform testing to ensure systems meet design and safety standards, conduct inspections, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues outdoors. Working at heights and a relevant certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• SMK, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred.
• 1 year experience in solar PV installation, electrical maintenance or MEP.
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, and solar system components.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in electrical/solar installation (PLN, ESDM, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble solar panels, inverters, and related equipment
• Conduct site assessments and prepare tools/materials for installation
• Perform testing to ensure systems meet design and safety standards
• Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and performance issues
• Replace or fix faulty components (panels, wiring, inverters, batteries)
