Job summary

PT Datacaraka Solusindo is a fast-growing IT solution company based in Indonesia. We are seeking a results-driven Quality Assurance (Software) professional to join our IT team and ensure product quality across cycles.

You will respond to queries, train users, run reports, analyze issues, and maintain documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering/CS/IT and hands-on QA experience, with strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and passive English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or CS/IT.
At least 2 years of QA experience in software.
Good knowledge of computer networks, hardware and software troubleshooting.
Experience with QA and project management tools like Jira is a plus.
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
Strong communication skills.
Languages: Bahasa Indonesia (active) & English (passive).

Responsibilities

Respond to queries by phone, email, in person, or through remote access.
Training application on computer users.
Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems.
Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
Executing tests to verify that the software functions correctly and meets requirements.
