Job summary

PT Datacaraka Solusindo is seeking a Software Quality Assurance professional in Jakarta Barat to ensure software quality across the lifecycle. You will respond to queries by phone, email, in person, or remote, train users, and analyze issues.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT, at least 2 years QA experience, and familiarity with SQL Server, Jira, Word and Excel. Indonesian (active) and English (passive) are required; owning a motorcycle and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of software QA experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (passive).

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries by phone, email, in person, or via remote access.
• Train computer users on applications.
• Run reports and analyze common complaints and problems.
• Maintain technical documentation and service catalogs for software installation, hardware configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Execute tests to verify software functions meet requirements.
